I had a tattoo done by Cerys yesterday and I absolutely love it. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the whole process, answered every question, and made sure I felt completely comfortable.

Her communication beforehand was excellent, and she worked closely with me on the design to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. During the appointment itself, the atmosphere was so peaceful that I actually dozed off at one point! Cerys kept me relaxed by chatting with me throughout, and her calm, reassuring presence made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
